Michael Harley

Managing Director

Michael is the founder and managing director of the Redplug Group. Michael has conceived and developed the company’s proprietary fire barrier system, Red-Stop®, and continues to oversee its evolution. Michael has been in construction all his life, starting out as a craftsman and bricklayer.

David Taylor 

Director of Operations

David is responsible for overseeing daily operations across the business, including Red-Stop® installations and acoustic and thermal works. David manages all projects end-to-end, coordinating teams and resources to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

Louise Le Page 

Client Services Director

Louise oversees the end-to-end client experience while maintaining the company’s quality systems, certifications, and accreditations. Louise also leads all areas of business support, ensuring consistency, compliance, and exceptional service across the organisation.

Niall Green 

Technical Director

Niall is responsible for drafting and maintaining the technical data for the company’s remedial fire barrier system, Red-Stop®. Niall’s work ensures technical accuracy, compliance, and clarity across all system documentation and product information.

Billy Tustin 

Operations Manager

Billy supports the Director of Operations while overseeing the day-to-day coordination of fire barrier, thermal, and acoustic installations. Billy plays a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with operational standards.

Fraser Harley 

Head of Digital Media

Fraser is responsible for creating all digital content across the business and managing Redplug’s brand voice. From visual content to online communications, Fraser helps ensure everything we share is consistent, engaging and true to the company’s identity and values.

Our Installation Technicians

Our Installation Technicians are central to the success of our business, turning design and planning into safe, high-quality installations on every project. They are responsible for delivering all fire barrier, thermal, and acoustic works with diligence, care, and a strong commitment to safety.

All Redplug technicians are SSSTS trained, hold valid CSCS cards, and maintain a comprehensive range of relevant qualifications, ensuring every project is completed to the highest technical and safety standards.
